Mansion House and Magnolia House

Mansion House Yeovil is a Grade II listed building dating back to the 18th Century.  Magnolia House is also Grade II listed and was built as an annex to Mansion House in circa 1810. 

Levels Heritage Limited has formed a Joint Venture with Red Horizons Limited to operate these fantastic buildings as Serviced Offices under the IWG Regus Brand.  

We have some preservation work to complete on the buildings themselves and a programme of renovation to get them ready for use as offices.  We plan to be ready to operate in Q1 2027.
