Mansion House is a Grade II listed building dating back to the 18th Century.  Magnolia House is also Grade II listed and was built as an annex to Mansion House in circa 1810.  The Former Motorcar Showroom was well known in Yeovil as Vincent's Car Showroom, and the Former BBC Building hosted BBC Radio Somerset Sound until 2012.
