Several areas of asbestos containing material that will be removed. We will remove non-licenced material ourselves including Artex ceiling and floor tiles. There is also a small amount of Asbestos Insulation Board in the property which is Licenced material and will be removed safely by a Licenced contractor.

The whole house will be stripped back to bare walls then replastered and decorated. New Kitchen, Bathroom and downstairs WC will be added. A Utility Room will be added to the front of the house. We will also add Patio Doors from the Living Room to the rear garden
